Planning Together Associates enabling significant conversations

Planning Together Associates is a specialist voluntary  and public sector  management consultancy whose principal partners are George Gawlinski and Lois Graessle.  Our primary focus over the last 17 years has been helping chief executives, senior management teams and trustees  to plan for and handle organisational change.

Specialisims include:

  1. facilitating strategic review

  2. advising on the management of change

  3. supporting consultation with staff and  trustees

  4. developing the confidence and skills of management teams in planning together

  5. providing individual support to chief executives

  6. developing trustees’ confidence and skills in their role in governance


We also offer help in designing and facilitating large staff/client/member conferences where a premium is being placed on full participation and clear outcomes.

Our working style is firmly based on partnership both with the agency and its chief  executive. We have a real commitment to a participative style of planning and decision making  and  have considerable experience of working with different cultures and ethnic backgrounds, especially with refugee communities. We  also have a particular interest in faith-based organisations. Over the past 10 years we have undertaken major work with some leading UK voluntary organisations as well as NGOs in Europe including Central and Eastern Europe. We bring this accumulating experience to new agencies.
